We want every piece to arrive in the condition you expect. Standard, non-personalized products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• Original tags and packaging should be retained where applicable.
• Items showing wear, damage or alteration may be rejected.

Custom Print

Personalized or custom-printed products are made specifically for the customer and are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs.
